Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.

 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times, e.g., Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, etc.]

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
  • Track your package directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

  • We currently ship to United States and Canada.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. 

     Damages and Issues

    • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Ambassadors2025@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
    • We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

     Lost or Stolen Packages

    • Ambassadors Clothing and Accessories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
